By accessing or using CaseConverter ("the Tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Tool.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Tool for personal, non-commercial, and commercial text conversion purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software component of the Tool
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• Use the Tool for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the functionality of the website

Disclaimer

The Tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Tool will function uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected in a timely manner
• The Tool is free of viruses or other harmful components
• Text conversion results will be accurate for every possible input

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CaseConverter or its operators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Tool, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.

Accuracy of Results

While we strive for accuracy in all text case conversions, the Tool processes text algorithmically and may not handle every edge case perfectly. Users should review converted text, especially when dealing with proper nouns, specialized terminology, or non-standard capitalization rules.

Intellectual Property

The Tool's code, design, and branding are owned by CaseConverter. Text you input and the converted output remain your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over any content processed through the Tool.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Tool after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
